Face masks help prevent the spread of disease, but face masks do not make you invincible.  When it comes to you DIY face mask, not all fabrics are created equal.  Click here for more information on face masks.

The CDC and the New York Times also have information regarding face masks.

When we say physical distancing, we are talking about the term social distancing.  Why are we saying physical distancing instead of social distancing?  Physical distancing encompasses all aspects of human contact and not just the social side (i.e. work, running errands).  Click here to view more about physical distancing.
